While most kids eagerly begin the school year with a new backpack filled with school supplies, thousands of students who attend Hillsborough County Public Schools will enter the classroom without these critical items.
Could you imagine starting your first day of school without even a pencil?
By hosting a supply drive at your place of business, you and your employees will be making a difference in the lives of students in need by giving them the opportunity to begin the school year with their own backpack filled with supplies. Plus, your donations will help us keep the shelves stocked in our Teaching Tools Resource Center, which provides free school supplies to students all school year.
At the end of your drive, please drop off the items collected at the Hillsborough Education Foundation office, 2306 N. Howard Ave. Tampa, FL 33607. Drop-offs can be made Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. If your drive collects more than one box truck load of supplies, we are happy to pick it up.
