With the Foundation's match, a $6700 scholarship will pay for college tuition for an at-risk student!

The Hillsborough Education Foundation provides financial assistance to Hillsborough County Public School graduates in order to help them with college expenses.  Scholarship awards range from $500 to $20,000 and will help students with some funding for postsecondary education.  All students who meet academic qualifications are eligible to apply for cash scholarships.

The Foundation is able to offer a number of cash scholarships to graduating seniors thanks to the generosity of local businesses, individual donors as well as civic and charitable groups. Scholarship offerings are advertised through the guidance offices at all Hillsborough County high schools.

Each year, the Foundation receives more applications than it is able to fund.  As tuition costs for postsecondary education continue to rise, every $100 makes a difference to our students.
